I'm a revenue executive with a rare blend of sales and operational expertise — navigating everything from startups under $500K to PE-backed companies scaling past $100M. I've exceeded multi-million-dollar quotas, reversed negative operating margins, lifted retention, and helped drive the kind of growth that ends in a successful exit.
I've built from zero more times than most — founding VP at Olleyes, the first VP of Sales at Virtual Field (since scaled into Carrot), and a ground-up build of Vitality Academies, where I now serve as Chief Growth Officer. I know what it takes to create a motion before there's a playbook. I've stood up national sales teams from scratch, leading up to 14 directly and 30+ indirectly across inside sales, field sales, lead gen, sales support, and customer success.
I've also owned revenue operations end-to-end as a Chief RevOps. As a senior individual contributor I've been a multiple-time President's Club winner, learning the craft from mentors who've scaled multiple unicorns.
